Who can use NASPO ValuePoint for document translation contracts?
This contract is available for use by a wide range of public entities, including:
State departments, agencies, and institutions.
Political subdivisions (cities, counties, special districts).
Educational institutions (K-12 school districts, community colleges, universities).
Other eligible entities, including some quasi-governmental and nonprofit organizations.
To use this contract, your entity must execute a Participating Addendum (PA).

Document Translation:
Standard Translation: For documents with fewer than 1,000 words to over 7,500 words, with clear, tiered turnaround times.
Expedited Translation: Faster turnaround times for documents needing priority service.
Specialized Fields: We offer pricing for General Services, Medical, and Legal document translation.
النشر المكتبي (DTP): Hourly DTP services are available to format translated documents.
Editing and Proofreading: Review and editing services for documents that have been previously translated.
Rush Services: A rush fee can be applied for timelines shorter than the established expedited schedule.
